Schiphol Experience

Unfortunately, although the name and marketing is in English, the tour is in Dutch. No translation at any step (not even the instructions) and a bit of attitude from the driver when introducing yourself as a non-Dutch person.

Very disappointing!! Expected something..but nothing much!

Driver really makes something of it, but the tour itself is a bit disappointing. Come to places that you can also reach with your own car, only the part at Schiphol East is really behind the scenes. You do get a lot of information, so it's pretty interesting for children. Tip; buy your tickets through an auction site. Furthermore, watching ff at Schiphol is always fun, with the panorama terrace being open again.

I personally expected more from it. You ride the bus in places where you can also come by car (except for a small distance). Furthermore, you do not go anywhere to see anything so you see everything from the outside. For example, you do not see the fire department at all because a new building has been erected and the route of the bus has not yet been adjusted (waiting for approval from Schiphol). A few things are explained on the bus on screens which was informative.

I thought we would like to do that. We really come close to the planes for the kids. But unfortunately, the tour used to be between planes. For children, especially small ones, there is little to it and you pay an additional 8.00 per person (even if they are 0) and then not yet talking about adults. You better sit with the MacDonalds if that job is open. Children can still enjoy Mac Donalds and meanwhile they see the planes landing. I would take another outing for the kids and skip this one it was unfortunately disappointing.
