Decent products, many cashiers, but what a mess they made of my prescription!!! It took us three days to extract it from this pharmacy, after confirming every day with the GP that the prescription was sent. Ridiculous!

I call on the phone to check if they have the medicine that my doctor prescribed and they tell me to go there and pick it up. I drive to the pharmacy feeling super sick and they don’t have it so they tell me they will order it so i waste time, gas, money for parking for nothing...

Worst pharmacy you could ever go to. The staff is uneducated, unfriendly and it seems there are no processes nor IT systems in place for the most simple things. Every time the doctor sends a prescription it goes wrong. Either they cannot find it, or they don’t have the medicine in stock, or they give you another medicine without even discussing it with you. It’s a miracle they are still open...

They are mostly decent. However, some days they don't answer the phone for no reason. Sometimes medication is slow to arrive, or they have issues.

Really bad experience every time I visit this pharmacy. They never have my prescription on time resulting to spend too much time. Yesterday a blond lady was so judgmental for my UTI with complete lack of knowledge on how to address the issue and complete lack of empathy. I never write reviews but honestly this was by far the worst experience from a pharmacy I have through my whole life... Please educate your employees to ask the right questions and be understanding and also improve the efficiency in the time of delivering a medicine. The high number of bad reviews should motivate you to do better!
