What I never do, post something. It started so beautifully. The favorable factor to buy a bicycle from the local entrepreneur, and excellent advice was given to me. After that it unfortunately turned into a meager and even very bad experience. Customer sensitivity and long waiting time for an answer. And this for an accessory which is available at 3rd. Too bad they let it get to this point.

After several visits to bicycle shops, Ditec2wielers immediately rose above it. What a service, customer-oriented & honest. After some test rides I bought a nice bike. Takes the time and knowledge to fully adjust the bike.

Great bike shop, there is so much knowledge at Bram. My qwic had broken, it took several days for qwic to send the parts. That is why I received a comparable bicycle from Ditec for temporary cycling. I am very grateful
