Very bad service, this city hall's opening times are when most normal people are working. The only extended time is on Thursday leading to a messy and crowded situation on Thursday evening. While they waste all the money on creating a city hall made out of marble and all kinds of expensive materials, the city itself is bankrupt and the service they deliver is very poor.
The canteen is ONLY for staff, so if you are hungry or thirsty , you won't be able to get any food there.
Parking is miserable, you have to pay money for a spot for something you already pay taxes(same as the nearby hospital).
Be sure to bring your own pillow because the wooden benches are hard and the harsh waiting times will ensure a painful bottom.
The only light of hope is the information desk, the people there really seem to do their best to inform you in the best way possible. But the ugly and poor maintained statue in the water and its surroundings really make this place a location you will hate and hate waiting in.
2 weeks ago I got my motorcycle license and the same day I applied for my driver's license ... the people behind the counters were present and no one else in the public space .. where I was sent away because I had not made an appointment ... .
2 weeks later (today) I have an appointment and I am well on time (1 person in) walk to the desk I get good help to the desk employee ... everything is going well ... until I give my passport photo.
The passport photo was not approved ... (what the f * ck ... colleagues in other municipalities have used the same three times in 5 years, 1 this week) why is this not properly stated on the website !!!!! Normal people work from 7 to 4 or from 9 to 6 .... not everyone can just make an appointment at half past 12 ... I just can't understand this ... make this an online solution or open the town hall more often in the week in the evening !!! Some things have urgency !! And then you cannot wait a total of 4 to 5 weeks for something simple that can be arranged in total (request and collection) 15 minutes !! I find this deeply sad I am ashamed of the municipality where I live !! No compassion whatsoever for other people today.
I wonder if this post is being read and taken seriously that is how far gone we are.
Register bulky waste ... site is down or it takes three (3!) Weeks before they come and collect it! Why does that have to take so long ??? Why street pollution? 🙄
Very unclear website, a waiting list to make an appointment that you can tell. Call early on Monday morning and it will be your turn a week later. The staff may also receive a customer-friendliness course.
If you have coarse dirt, it is a drama. You are in a huge row when you go to the landfill, thought I go early at 730 when it opens I am still in a huge row. It is not possible to collect waste because there is a malfunction on the site. Really ridiculous.
