Outstanding service and very helpful folks. I went here with my brand new Giant Advanced road bike because the guys at the shop were I bought it were not able to set up the gears shifting correctly. Rob Smeets fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Thanks!!!

Racing bike brought for a service and gear adjustment. On pick up I was told "the bike is old" and they couldn't do more. Unfortunately the gears still turned out not to work and so back again. Cycle away again for a week because the chief mechanic only worked on Saturdays (strange as there are 4 people working in the workshop). Unfortunately they couldn't adjust the gears better here either. Took the bike to the Feron bicycle shop in Schimmert and he got it in good order (including new brake pads, tires and cables that Mr. Smeets "missed" at the turn). Much praise for bicycle shop Feron for their expertise, but above all customer friendliness !! He has a good customer;)

Recently I bought a new electric bicycle brand RIH X-Omega and traded my Sparta E-bike at Rob Smeets. Spoken to Rob in Meerssen through oral advertising and I can only say, HAPPY. What service and guidance during the trade-in and handling, even after 1 week when I went back with saddle pain, Rob immediately offered to change the saddle, try the new saddle and if there are any complaints, just come back. I am a very satisfied customer and I am happy to have been recommended this bicycle shop. Peter from Maastricht.
