The world comes to a standstill when you have to say goodbye to your buddy you've been with for 48 years, your father and loving grandpa. What helps enormously is a more than great goodbye. It certainly has become thanks to the fine guidance of Patty-Lou. She takes care of all practical matters very calmly and above all she has great ideas that match the person. She has a great team behind her. The live stream was very beautiful and very professional. Thank you very much and I don't need to explain that I really appreciate it. Cyntha

Dear Patty-Lou, We were so happy with you, because when Mum died we were very upset. You helped us so well with you and you were so sweet and calm. You were always there when we needed you. That was egt nice. Mommy was also laid out so beautifully and we closed the box with you. That was a bit exciting, but very nice to do together. We watch trug on a very nice funeral. In this difficult (Corona) time, Patty-Lou managed to organize a dignified farewell for my mother in the first week of the restrictive measures. Because of the fast and respectful communication, also with my elderly father, the switch from "normal" funeral to "Corona" funeral was practical for us, but also emotionally feasible and my mother's farewell felt intimate and professional. For this, Patty-Lou has made enormous efforts both before and behind the scenes. Grateful!

Warm and personal approach during a difficult period. A funeral which is (tightly) arranged by Patty Lou is a moment when you as a surviving relative can let go of everything and have time to say goodbye. 🌸
