Human, compassionate employees. Helped by Angelique and Anouk. I was very reluctant to arrange my mother's cremation because I thought it would be a technical affair. Mama's insurance was broken high and therefore no ceremony could take place. Yet she is dignified and cremated in silence. She was cared for and laid out in a box of my choice and loved ones could say goodbye in a private setting. I live in America and my friends helped me to say a modest goodbye for Mom via video chat. My husband played the singing bowls and I read my last message to her. There was a beautiful recent photo of her, big long candles and flowers. It felt very respectful. However, what is even more important for relatives to know: I felt heard and seen. They have listened to me with love, warmth and patience and have never judged my spirituality. It was almost as if your favorite aunts arranged the last goodbye. This kind of professionalism doesn't take away the pain but it does ease it tremendously. Words cannot express that.
