Great customer service!

Beautiful watches only unfortunately worthless service. It took me almost 5 weeks to adjust my watch band. For this I only needed 2 pens so that it could make it bigger itself. However, visited several jewelers who had all stopped with TS Steel. Something with bad communication difficult to work with etc ... Then contacted TW Steel directly, but they do not do direct business with the consumer. I was then directed to a dealer. At the dealer it turned out that they had no parts in stock. According to them, that was impossible to do. Parts would be ordered. After 2 weeks I was informed what the status was. Nothing had been heard from TW Steel yet. I just emailed TW Steel that the dealer is waiting for a response. Then a week later, pens had arrived. Unfortunately, they were the wrong ones. The dealer was going to arrange it again. I just emailed TW Steel that I didn't think it was really customer friendly. Another week later the correct pens were delivered and the adjustment of the watch strap could still be arranged. Until now, however, never had a response to my earlier emails to TW Steel.
