When we arrived at the store, we were kindly received. Took some time for you. Test ride no problem, the bikes were neatly adjusted to our size by Willem. Willem also had a very good explanation of the choice of bicycles.

Helped in the store by a seller who did not inform us well about all possibilities such as help at home, home delivery, etc. They are also VERY difficult to reach by phone and are simply not answered because they are short of people for hearing problems from customers by telephone and if possible. Zeeerrrr annoying. for me a big fail

We were looking for a gazelle e-bike because we were already familiar with fvs Eindhoven we ended up in uden. Very nice and luckily there was a lot to try. So it came out on a pegassus ebike with all the necessary satisfied kilometers. Thanks!!
