Helped in the store by a seller who did not inform us well about all possibilities such as help at home, home delivery, etc. They are also VERY difficult to reach by phone and are simply not answered because they are short of people for hearing problems from customers by telephone and if possible. Zeeerrrr annoying. for me a big fail
