Good friendly service.
They know what they are doing.
Having them come out to open a look for you ( After hours on a weekend ) is hideously expensive . Better make sure you take your keys then . . Their emergency service is prompt, successful and rightfully costs an arm, a leg and then some.

Called with an urgent job due to being locked out of the office. They were on site within 30 minutes and did a very good job. 100% recommendation for the Bartels team.
Car remote stopped working. App sent whether it could be repaired. Answer was yes. Repaired on site within 15 minutes. I did go for a walk because of Corana, it was not possible to wait in the store. Great that this has also been thought of. Repair was done smoothly and satisfactorily. Thank you very much for the repair and service.
