I continue to be a big fan of this company. Top team. My old gentleman of 91 (!) Was told by the local bicycle repair shop that bicycle would rather not be made anymore. Creaked. According to them, the Bosch middle engine. Actually, there was little going on. For 100 the creaky pedals (!!) replacement, the brake pads because they creaked and rather against the wheel and a new rear tire. I myself also have nothing but praise for Henk and his team

Really too outrageous for words, We brought our Sparta electric bike to Henk van Rooij to repair a handlebar control. The friendly man behind the counter has painstakingly looked up which part should be replaced, and after various consultations with the mechanic, they came out. The part would cost about € 40 and the repair came to € 27.50, so the man said a maximum of € 70 and then he was made. Toppie said I make that trade ………. The part would be ordered and it would take about 1 week, well that's right, only it has become a bit more expensive. Namely more than 50% more expensive than agreed, not € 70, but € 108.48 (without having been informed before). I just received a (Belgian) SMS with the text that my bike was ready and the costs were € 108.48 …….? I contacted Henk van Rooij directly by phone about the big price difference, without being informed of this, The employee could not explain this and gave the owner Henk van Rooij on the phone, who said slightly irritated: I will now inform you that it has become MORE EXPENSIVE, IF THIS IS GOOD YOU CAN COLLECT THE BIKE OR WE TAKE THE PARTS OFF AND YOU CAN COLLECT THE BICYCLE IN OLD CONDITION! So I had the choice: Pay a high bill or return a broken bike! So a great service ……… So we say to everyone: DO NOT GO TO HENK VAN ROOIJ!
