About 3.5 years ago I bought an electric Stella Vincenza Superior Nero men's bicycle. This was delivered quickly, so that I could make the necessary kilometers. I mainly used the bicycle for commuting. Although the bike quickly faded in color and some screws started to rust, it always took me from A to B. When my bike was about 3 years old it wouldn't turn on anymore. Very annoying, because an electric bicycle without pedal assistance is not really nice to cycle now ... After having made an appointment for maintenance at Stella Helmond, it took at least a week before the diagnosis was made. Unfortunately the engine was defective. According to the bicycle repairman, water flowed out. I thought that was strange, because the bicycle is usually dry and must be able to withstand rain (according to the bicycle mechanic). According to him, there was so much water in it that it seemed that the bike had been in the water. This really was not the case! I explained to him that this would be strange, because then the rest of the bike (battery, computer and screen) would also be defective. I'm not going to put my front wheel in the water for fun, am I? Unfortunately the bike was outside the 2 year warranty and no leniency was given as a result. So this cost me € 180. Half a year later (now) the bicycle does not turn on again. Made another appointment with Stella for a maintenance check. It turns out that the display has failed. I can pay € 130, - at Stella for a new display and assemble it. Again, I don't get any leniency, because the bike is out of warranty. Update 12-01-2021. Stella contacted me following my review. After a few weeks they informed me that I will still receive leniency (amount of money) with regard to the defects. It took some time, but the service has turned out to be a bit better than it initially was. For this I had to write a review first, unfortunately. All in all, I am a satisfied customer again and I am satisfied with the solution offered.

Bijzonder goed geadviseerd door verkoper Rick. Heeft uitgebreid de tijd genomen met goede uitleg over de diverse fietsen. We hebben een testrit kunnen doen met twee modellen en daarna tot aankoop besloten.

Class service Rik, We had bought two bicycles from Rik in Helmond after 3 months I reported at our first service that I found my bicycle too high, after which Rik contacted the head office and explained my problem. Result a new bike one size smaller. HOW SO SERVISE JUST CLASS.

Beautiful shop. Friendly and nice salesman (Rick) who is knowledgeable and gives clear and good advice.
