Unfortunately they were way too busy and I would have to wait at least 2 wks for the repair. My son has to go to school by bike the next day.
Afterwards I heard that it was a warranty case and I bought the bike a year ago from kuijpers.
customer-unfriendly and not service-oriented, find it too hard to give a call at higher costs than agreed.
I did indeed bring my bike only for 1 inner tube .. in our conversation we then discussed both outer tubes after which I asked what it would cost, I was told and written down € 25.50.
If the agreed price was only for 1 band, as in your story, do you still call if you see that 2 bands have been delivered? You discuss this with your client about what you do with it. Now you are burdening me with higher costs without my knowledge. Isn't this totally unthinkable or customer-oriented?
After that I get a very unfriendly response at the checkout and I have to pay for the misunderstanding and pay € 42. I just think that is excessive.
I deeply regret that you would rather let a customer leave the house unsatisfied than to look together for a good solution. Now you leave me alone on the blisters and pretend that I have not understood everything correctly, so you do not deal with customers, do you?
