Easily accessible and short waiting time

I placed an order yesterday (repeat prescription), got my prescription 1 working day after the repeat prescription. I was helped by a rather irritated pharmacy assistant. The order had been received and was still in boxes, she did not know where my medication was, I could wait at least half an hour, so that she started searching between the boxes for my prescription (which might be at the bottom) OR I could hours come back. It is my choice ... I decided to leave without medication and have my partner collect the medication after 12 hours. So he went to the pharmacy with our 7 month old daughter, when he was helped after a long wait he could still wait 45 minutes, because they did not have the prescription in order and the medication was not yet above water. There were about 10 customers inside and 1 pharmacy assistant at the counter, the rest is hiding behind the rack and is busy with “other tasks”, customer friendliness is hard to find and they are very SLOW. The unfortunate thing is that this pharmacy has a “monopoly position” and therefore does not feel called to do anything about their quality.
