Excellent experience. Great customer service. If you submit your prescription by 3pm, they usually can deliver the next day. You can call the day of delivery to get a more exact time for the delivery. Very handy.

Email and telephone cannot be reached, materials are not delivered, in short, things are not in order.

Ridiculous service, do not keep their appointments. After 1st phone call they made a mistake after 2nd phone call the day after. Nothing more known from me. Thank you pharmacy

Very bad. Changed my dermatologist prescription to dressing material I can't use. Called about this and it claims their material is the same. Can't use it just because of allergy. Even CZ does not get a correct answer why the wrong material has been supplied. No service and people hide behind rules. I will be reimbursed by CZ for the material I have to use. Very bad service. This one star is actually still too much.
