My employer took out disability insurance for all his employees in 2014, unfortunately I became ill in 2017 and therefore rejected in 2019, because of the insurance I had taken out, I would receive 10% extra wages from Loyalis, but unfortunately they are hiding behind a non-existent rule and say that I fell ill in 2014 and that the insurance did not exist at that time. This is demonstrably not the case, and they have also shown this in black and white that I have worked until 2017, and was only rejected in 2019, also demonstrably, this has also been approved by my employer but they refuse to pay !! I would say forewarned counts for two !!

In my case it took months before I received my paper summary by mail. You can't change anything, only your email address and password. When you log in you can see your name, date of birth and account number. for example, reviewing the progress of your own future plan is not possible. They say they cannot do this digitally. According to Loyalis, this is 'something for the future'. Taken over by ASR, what future?
