The worse insurance ever, customer service is very poor and unprofessional. A lot of costs are not reimbursement, often double invoicing, emails hardly got responded.

Since I switched to this insurance company in Januari, I had nothing but problems. Changes you make in their web app don't seem to appear in their own system resulting in missed payments and high collection expenses. When confronted with e-mails/screenshots of their faulty app you get zero response and are left with the bills. Please don't ever use their services, its a complete scam.

I've been charged on my bank account for an insurance that I didn't subscribe. I called the service desk and I sent an email to have an explanation of why this happened but I didn't get any response from them. I think that it was a fraud attempt. I have already informed my lawyer to make further investigations on this. Strongly not recommended.

What a load of rubbish and people should aware of giving them your business. Very bad customer service .

Without any further explanation, they canceled my car insurance. They canceled it starting 25th of January, signed 13th February... so if I had had an accident the 27th of Janaury, for example, then what? Seems illegal to me. They also couldn't give any proper explanation on the phone.
