The service is not always good, it's up to the employees, one of them works well, the other doesn't feel like it, so the waiting time is long

What a huge, disorganized and unreasonable company. Internally, bills are "invented" and not sent, and suddenly you get a reminder of something they suddenly "internally decided". With this I am ahead of my payments and I look forward to the switch period!
