(March 2019) My family and I stayed in this apartment for 3 days. This building consists of 3 floors. 1st floor is just the entrance area, there's a piano on it and there's a door to the garage next to it. The 2nd floor is a room for family relaxation, dining room, kitchen, laundry and a small garden at the back & there is 1 toilet. The 3rd floor is the location of the bedrooms, there are 4 bedrooms on this floor and 1 bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd floors are equipped with room heater. Access from down to top and top to down is spiral stair. This place is so comfortable. Love it❤😊

It was near all the restaurant and really nice appartement semi-modern and altought it was near the restaurant you coudnt hear any noise

Spacious apartment in the center of Valkenburg. The garage under the house, where the car can be parked, is ideal. Large and very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need is there. Nice shower. There were negatives too. Although the house was clean, it did not smell fresh. There is a sewage smell. The decor is sober and not very cozy. Fireplace is not connected, no toilet above. There were also several small defects. Curtains were a bit loose in a few places, banister was a bit loose, toilet seat was loose, refrigerator was too cold. This could not be remedied. We had ice in our Coke. Urinal was defective. Reported. We think someone has been there, but the problem was not solved, nor had any feedback. All in all, it was sufficient, but it could be better with a little more attention to the interior and a nice scent in the house.

On the site everything looks much better than in reality. Space and location is great! In terms of hygiene, it is also possible to scale up a gear or two ..... there were still some smarties of a week or so ... and a new shower curtain is also not a luxury. All in all, a spacious house with a TV that is too small in my opinion (but maybe I am spoiled). The location is top notch ... out of the door on the right and you walk into the cozy streets of Valkenburg.

Spacious apartment and actually all tourist places are easy to walk on. This is ideal in combination with the large indoor parking space. There are more items in the house than can be found on the site. (hint: if the owner can indicate that, it makes a difference with your own stuff).
