Unfriendly staff. I ordered a pair of pants and some socks via the online shop, but when i received the parcel, they had forgotten to take the alarm of the socks so unfortunately i could not use them. I then went to the bershka store in Maastricht to ask them to remove the alarm, however they told me that due to their 'policy' they could not take it off even though i showed them the receipt that i had received via email from the bank transfer proving that i had bought this item online a couple of days prior. The staff were very rude and condescending when i tried to explain the problem. Horrible customer service. Never shopping there again!
