Bad customer service. Tried twice to cheat on my money. As I remarked that he gave me less money back, he counted again and still tried to give me less change back. This may happen, but it seemed to me on purpose.

I wanted to hand in syringes according to the guidelines of the pharmacy association and according to the instructions of the employee In a sealed plastic bag without packaging. The syringes themselves were also individually secured. They were not accepted ... I had to buy a container! When asked if there was a container that they could access, the answer was yes, but the syringes should not be there. I picked up the medication from the pharmacy and was then advised to offer them in a plastic bag with the additional remark that they should preferably be offered without packaging material. Why was I then given the advice of a plastic bag? And if a container is necessary, why is it not included with the medication! It is an exchange system (clearly stated on various sites such as pharmacy association etc)! Sorry, except for the long waiting times, but if there are different opinions from employees and I have to pay for something that should be free, then I strongly doubt whether I will stay with this pharmacist.

There seems to be sufficient staff available, but unfortunately, long waiting times of up to 30 minutes. recipes that they receive but have not processed. Unfortunately, thinking along with the consumer does not occur here.

It's amazing how slow they are here ... if I want to pick something up, I am regularly waiting for half an hour. I will go to a different pharmacy from now on.

So slowly, with 8 employees in the pharmacy and only 1 person helping customers. If only it happened once, but it would be the same song every time. I am seriously different.
