Top service!
Went to get my coffeemachine fixed. Eventually the cost for repair costs almost as much as a brand new machine! (repair 260 euros, new one 280 euros). Ridiculously expensive! Such a waste because now I would prefer to buy a new machine which has a 3 year warranty compared to the store's 3 month warranty.
furthermore, duration took more than 2 weeks. It was mentioned that some people might be on holiday so it could take 3 weeks. I think for only consultation it shouldn't take this long, if it includes the repairs as well then that time period would have been understandable.
It's a nice place to leave your electronics and get them back as you left them.
A month ago I went to this repair shop to repair an electronic machine. An employee has lost some critical parts of the machine. He gave me my machine back and told me that he is sorry, and that he can’t make the machine any more and that he made the critical parts missing. I asked him for a solution and he couldn’t give me one. I am very disappointed by the bed service. DON’T GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!
