The staff is really rude. We called in the morning to check whether they had something, and when we went there in the afternoon, they told us that they did not have that for a long time, telling us to go away in a very disrespectful way. I will never go to this pharmacy again.

Very bad experience. On the phone They confirmed the medicine but when I was in the pharmacy, they did not have it. Very unprofessional

What bad service here. The ordered medicines are always delivered too late, you will then be notified that they will arrive, for example, between 12 noon and 2 pm and then they will arrive in the evening after 7 pm. This has happened to me more than 6 times now. They say they cannot do anything about this and blame their head office for this. Whoever is to blame for that does not interest me as a customer. It is just very annoying that every time as a good customer I make sure that I am home at the indicated time and then wait for nothing. Also the medicines that I ordered through the doctor were not ready. I inquired and indicated that I would like to collect it from the machine. Unfortunately they didn't, and when I got there they didn't know about anything. Fortunately, nowadays it is easier to switch to another pharmacy whatever I have now done. The disadvantage is that I now have to go further away for my medication.

So it can also be done: fast service, customer-friendliness. After the bad experiences at another pharmacy in Arnhem South, where a long wait and an unfriendly atmosphere is standard.
