I see complaining nowadays, as if no good service is ever provided. I think the staff is doing their utmost to help patients as best as possible. What can the assistants do if there is a national problem with the delivery of medicines? Or what can they do if the prescription has not yet been sent by the doctor?

This pharmacy does not deserve its right to exist. Everything is lacking at this pharmacy: from counter staff to supplies and logistics.

I regularly visit the pharmacy. Quickly pick up my medicine and get out. This is partly thanks to the atmosphere and the staff. Staff gossip about customers you are with!

The friendliness is hard to find with some employees! Yesterday I was treated very unfriendly by a pharmacist's assistant. According to the pharmacy assistant I had to get my medicine out of the medicine vault and not in the pharmacy at the counter. But according to the text message from the pharmacy, my medicine is just waiting in the pharmacy and not in the medicine safe. The pharmacist's assistant kept insisting that it was in the medicine vault and that I had to go outside. She began to sigh and talk in an unfriendly tone! When she found out that the medicine was in the pharmacy and not in the medicine safe, she started talking in a normal tone again! You can of course also walk to the position to see if the medicine is ready there instead of sending patients out immediately. Very unprofessional and lazy!

Very difficult to reach by telephone. I always hear a tape for 8 minutes and then they had hung up the phone. Very annoying
