I had a very nasty assistant on the phone. Never made it so. I have an allergic reaction / eczema outbreak seems like. This occurred after a bite. I then immediately made an appointment with the house arouse (a female) and I tried to tell my story .... in this she interrupted me very rudely and kept saying that it was not because of the contraception and that it was me ... I started becoming more and more insecure about myself and went after a dietitian ... when I arrived at the dietitian she quickly saw that in 2016 I also had the same problem I told her that I just ate normal and healthy and that I sport but that the weight did not go down but just only higher was ... This she saw fortunately so I felt reassured in soon came together that this was not my food and the dietitian had specially sent an email after my house arst ... I made an appointment again and again the same thing again she did not take me seriously and kept talking about me and telling me that it was me and she did not even read the message from the dietitian .... I went with a rotten feeling after home and I felt completely annoyed ... I had the next day immediately a different house arouse (that was all me 5 times) a male and I hoped that I would finally be heard and would be taken seriously in my problem .... unfortunately !! It just started again where it was left ..... I had an upset moment giving that I wanted the inplanon so that I would finally get rest and then went on without contraception I had tried 2 appointments to make.... and again I was not taken seriously and he even refused to take the inplanon out of it..This I had never made it myself .... I again with rotten feeling after home ... and I kept trying because I wanted to see the inplanon go out quickly .... then he proposed to finally take out the inplanon and as the last option to do the spiral without hormone ... I suggested ... he said then you call Monday the 29th and then we make an appointment for it .... So I called yesterday and told me that he would call me for consultation and that the spiral would be ordered ... Well he had not said this to me .... so I said okay then I wait ..... Unfortunately, I have not been called yesterday ... so I called today and indicated that I was starting to get ready ... again they came with the promise that he would call me today .... So I wait again for his phone ... and I have not called yet .... well I called again..thank them in once yes he will call you today and otherwise Thursday ..... I was more and more powerless in this, so I tried to explain once again that this was not all right and in one case they put the phone down without any pardon I must say I have never been treated so rudely in my life and I am happy that the contraception problem with more women I have spoken many who have the same anti-problem as I have and that they are never taken seriously by the GPs ... I feel really powerless and generates ....... I will ofcourse file a complaint !!!
