Lots of empty buildings, difficult to pass with snow. Little atmosphere. The people who work there from the number of shops that are allowed to open do everything they can to create atmosphere and to make you come back with friendliness and helpfulness and I must say that they certainly do that at the bakery etos multivlaai and Holland en Barette succeed
