A relief. They really take their time for you. Explain everything well and also listen to you. And if, like me, your animal has to stay, you will receive an update every day and even photos via WhatsApp. Marleen is really great. She gives confidence and that feels good. I am very happy with this top human practice for animals.
A young and enthusiastic team with skilled staff. Although our dog is not much wrong, we see the vet with some regularity. We not only visit the annual MOT, but also for side issues (Bravecto). I experience the direct contact and thinking along with me as a dog owner as very pleasant. Keep up the good work.
