Tuesday i brought my Ebike for normal service and lend me an Ebike to go to work! Waauw what a service!! Yesterday i pick up my Ebike and the service is great.

I took my bike there for a simple repair, but changing the ball bearings of a bottom bracket is not their specialty. Pay a little more than 60 € for a repair where after that I have just as much slack on the axle as there was before. And then saying that I have to make the other side myself, that's just not possible. 15.01.2021 If you don't know about these kinds of bikes then just say so, I am not angry about that and I have even been so happy when that just becomes honest. But sending a customer away with a half-made bicycle knowing that he is planning a tour from the Netherlands to Austria is not really "nice". Nice that I am offered to come back, but I talked to an employee twice and told me twice that I live in Austria. Unfortunately, no pictures can be loaded here, otherwise I could show you this "special" ball bearing, you can order it and exchange it without 40 years of experience. So thank you again for charging me 60 € for a broken ball bearing.

The costumer is king!!! Super service and very pleasant and friendly staff. As an extra service even inflated tires and a polished bicycle.

2 weeks ago my husband and I each bought a Kalkhoff there. Good help by Rens. Within 2 weeks I had a flat tire. Helped well. Top service. Recommended
