Bought a bike from Stella 4 months ago. Really great! Just been for maintenance. Great help again !! Really happy with it !! Everyone is nice! A minus, unfortunately I was not well informed about the display, the seller said that tie was not / could not. Upon delivery, it turned out that I could just buy the display separately.

Yesterday we went with our bicycles for our service in Tiel. What good service we were and what a service. My tire broke within three months, it had stuck itself but a bulge remained. I got a new inner and outer tire. Nothing was charged for that, besides that I had selected a basket and that was also mounted immediately and no costs were charged for the assembly. TOP!! The coffee was also TOP !!

Yesterday 29-10-2020 very customer friendly helped by 2 professional employees of Stella. Thanks for the coffee. Yesterday 23-11-2020 went back to the Stella service point for the first service. They are really worth 5 stars there, despite the fact that the seller was busy still had a cup of coffee while waiting and the mechanic had an explanation of what he did. Big thumbs up. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My wife and I had rented 2 e-bikes from the van der Valk hotel. I brought my own phone holder so that I can use a navigation system on my smartphone. In addition, I forgot to bring a mounting bracket so that the phone holder could not be placed on the handlebars. Then we went looking for a bicycle shop and by coincidence ended up at Stella bicycle shop. I presented the story to the seller Aziz and he came up with the idea of ​​using a piece of inner tube in combination with a plastic ring. I then placed this combination on the handlebars, making it possible to use the phone holder. I didn't have to pay any money for these things.
