Terrible store, messy, packed, the paths are way too narrow and the staff .... grumpy and uninterested.
There is also a Kruidvat on the Oosterdijk, that store is slightly better ....
terrible service, I had handed in a photo roll to be developed when an employee told me that they would be ready within a week. I come along again for a week and a half because I couldn't find them online (with order status) and didn't trust it. It turned out that they had still not been sent. A few days later now and I still can't find them online. I'm afraid I'll have to pass it again. Really incredible.
Paths are filled with boxes that make a pram or wheelchair inaccessible. The moment you take a picture of an article (had to be sure that it was the right article), you are immediately stopped with the announcement that you are being watched via the camera and that taking pictures is absolutely forbidden. Then ask yourself what they have to hide. I have been working in retail for 26 years, they are allowed to make as many photographs as they want (as long as I do not stand by). Because of the tone and manner in which I was addressed, I will never again take a step in this branch. Fortunately, there is another one on the oosterdijk.
