Easy to order via app + pick up from machine outside opening hours.

Unfriendly, unhelpful, said I didn't have a drug, but that was on the shelf. Just leave customers there. Appeared to us as ignorant and arrogant. Chatted and kept customers waiting. Only card payment possible. Never again

All complaints described in advance are recognizable. Moreover, the ordered numbers are regularly incorrect and that is why I do not want to use the machine.

Totally not customer friendly. With simple questions a deep sigh and a surly answer. I am handy with computers and I have a lot of patience. Ordering on the spot is / may not be done in one go .. (last year). Ordering at home very unclear. I was just angry the last time. I would understand that somebody is going out of his plate again for that counter ...
