This town hall has been located here for 450 years, one with a long history behind it. Not been inside, there is enough to see and discover on this front: with a platform from the mid-18th century, in the shields the coat of arms of Sneek, raised by a rather stern looking but royal crowned lion and a wild man, model Hercules XL is being held. The town hall has been expanded and renovated many times. it is no longer the municipality of Sneek, but Súdwest Fryslân. At the next municipal redivision it is waiting for the moment that all of Friesland becomes one municipality ;-)
Nice old building
Sin that 'new' color green ... cancel your wedding but 😱 sorry but I do not find it 'porem' ....
New building but the same hassle. Make an appointment for a new driving license and then you are still waiting. Employees are friendly and you speak nicely but I noticed to the one for me that they did not come out in English. What I really find a bad thing at a town hall.
