You are better off with a private individual. Just got tricked by these criminals. Often have nuisance from neighbors (hitting doors, screaming, screaming, music at the strangest times) To the frustration of my upstairs neighbor who then kicks in the door with me (I have had the police to tell him that it will get away from my other neighbors.) Called for a repair and then a man comes with some wall / wood filler to put my door back in the frame. * sigh * The door has been hanging for less than 24 hours and then falls out of the wall with a window frame. So second repair requested, a man comes with a door and appears to have gotten the wrong size from each and every one and I have to wait 3 weeks for a new door, so 3 weeks of bad sleep and I went to work with a bad feeling, but now I finally have another decent door in my house. * Yay * In the meantime I have emailed 100 times about the nuisance and have heard 100 times "we are working on it". So a lot of empty promises. Then they lie / twist about agreements that I make with them that they do not (want to) fulfill on their part, but then start to threaten if I point this out to them. You will hear from my lawyer.
