Complain often, but if something goes well, that can also be reported! Research into the quality of the devices supplied by Lightwell will have to be done by someone else, because I do not have any capacities for that. BUT .... the Lightwell service is really great. Only one message after calamity and immediately WITHOUT GEZEUR a device that did not meet expectations was replaced and delivered free of charge. FIVE STARS FOR LIGHTWELL
