Gert Wiersma Uitvaartverzorging

On behalf of Nanda Groot February 29, 2012 a very worthy goodbye My mother had been sick for quite some time and she knew she would not have much to live. At her request, she had a very nice conversation with Gert Wiersma before her death. She made all her wishes known in that conversation. Gert has noted that down to the last detail! In the week after the death of my mother, Gert Wiersma and his right-hand man Riekje helped us as a close family! They arranged everything for us! My mother was home and my mother's makeup was neatly updated every morning, Riekje took all the time to talk to my father, they had a conversation with us with the manager of the cemetery, a conversation with the pastor , they reported to the town hall, arranged the maps, made a route description from church to cemetery, were present during both days of the condolence visit and took excellent care of the funeral from the beginning to the end !! My mother has chosen to be transported in the black funeral car instead of in the standard funeral car. She definitely did not want a striking car! The flags were still allowed by her so that the bus could be placed on the sidewalk of the church. We thought it was great that with Gert everything was possible !! We also thought it was fantastic that Gert could arrange it so that my mother could leave the nursing home through the front door instead of through the usual decline. [Gert made a small adjustment to the stretcher so that everything went smoothly!] We are very grateful to Gert and Riekje for everything they have done! My father was still halfway through the week worried about the bill that would follow because they were there for many hours! Gert then made it very clear that he had 1 fixed rate, even though he worked so many hours! No annoying surprise afterwards! We also thought it was great that a few weeks after his death he came to drink a cup of coffee with us to see how we were doing !!! We have had positive reactions from many sides about the input of Gert and Riekje! From us they get 10 plus! Nanda the Great

Gert and Riekje arranged the funeral of my father exactly as he wanted. No people in black suits. They give a listening ear. Arrange everything for the service and around it. Think along in possibilities. It couldn't be better. A fixed rate so no surprises afterwards.
