It takes a long time for your recipes to be prepared. Friendly but don't understand the word "urgent" and the word "pain" is also very difficult. Super annoying that it always has to take a long time to prepare something, say half an hour.

I am normally always quite satisfied with this pharmacy. However, my last experience is not so positive! I have been prescribed nutritional drink by the internist and dietician at the LUMC. My health insurer has a contract with this pharmacy. At the pharmacy I was told by an employee that this is not reimbursed from the health insurance. I called my health insurer and asked for an explanation. It appears to be reimbursed. My health insurer has a special panel to speak to pharmacists, etc. and to explain the reimbursement. Asked up to 3x if they wanted to contact my health insurer, which was categorically refused. There are 5 pharmacists and the necessary assistants present! In the end I applied for my prescription and authorization and went to the pharmacy in the LUMC which also has a contract with my insurer and got the nutri drink with no problems. See how it can be, that is to provide service!

delivery boy with a bit too big a mouth, that guy should have learned a trade, he might have enjoyed his job.
