Wanted to buy something called neatly called to ask how return and exchange went but they advised me to buy elsewhere shipping would be too expensive for them to be tasty then they better stop online sales made no sense. They did not come across as really customer-friendly. First and last experience without being able to buy anything.

Everything on your instagram account is in Turkish. Dutch people are not welcome here because they are treated much more unfriendly! I'll never come here again.
