I had to grab my medicine today and it's super urgent, it said on google that they close from 12:30 to 13:30, anyway I went in my lunch break at 12:05 and they had a paper on the glass it says; (we are closed between 12:00 to 14:00) This is not acceptable, you are not a supermarket which I can find a replacement for you, for god sake you are a pharmacy! The employee was looking at me from inside and didn't let me in, I tried to call, they don't pick up the phone

No choice to visit in person, because not available by phone. After waiting for 15 minutes, the call was suddenly ended, while I am the next one waiting. Then what is it like to wait, then disconnect the connection immediately instead of making people wait unnecessarily. Tried calling several times, but each time the connection got lost after waiting 15min because it is too busy. Very bad thing, pharmacy gives no other choice than that everyone has to go to the pharmacy in person to check for something small. Even more corona.

Hard to reach by phone, always hassle with medication delivery. Never an explanation why I am getting a different brand of medicine again this time.
