Pharmacy Walenburg

Every single time I have to pick up my recurrent medicine there is some problem. Sometimes they interpret the prescription wrongly and give me one pack of medicine instead of two, other times they claim no prescription was sent to them. I think they have a very archaic system for tracking medicine given out, because they couldn't see the past prescriptions they received. Really bad pharmacy if you need something more than a paracetamol.

I waited a couple of hours to let the emotions set, but when I saw the other reviews I knew I should not leave this without some comments. This is by far the worst health care service provider I have ever come across. First they tried to say my receipt was not received (2nd time this happened), however my GP faxed it over 30 minutes before that. Then i had to come back a day later for my cream, because they did not have time to mix the two. I eventually left with the receipe and took it to another Pharmacyst who made the cream for me as I waited, same day and I even paid less then what they wanted to charge me for at this place. As others the people behind the desk are not friendly, not cooperative and don't take into account the customers health care at all. The place is rundown and looks deplorable with all these empty shelves. I will drive a little further the next time, with pleasure. I would strongly advise others to do the same.

Non friendly, arrogant and incompetent staff. They will disrespect you and you will regret of coming to this pharmacy.

Service is okay but I've only ever picked up what my doctor prescribed me

Terrible service. They don't care for anyone's time, and it's quite frustrating especially if you're suffering from illness
