Just visited to pick up a flu vaccine (November 2020). There aren't any. But employee was polite and explained my predicament patiently.

Quite useless. Don't order medicine even when you asked them in the place to order it! Won't give an allergies spray even I have to use it every season!!

Unfriendly staff! When I went inside, I greeted them nicely. They just looked at me and went back to work, no greeting back or even a smile. When it was my turn I asked for my medicine and I got a reply back: "that's not possible." No explaination, just silence after that sentence. So I myself had to ask her: "why not?" Which then she told me that my medicine isn't available at the time in the whole land. Then again another silence, so I asked: "do you maybe know how long it will take?" She told me: "no, the delivery date changes every time." Another silence. So I said: "but you can give me an indication right? Like how many weeks or something like that?" She said: "no." Just one word. So I started to get annoyed and I looked at her weird. Then she said: "maybe you can try at the hospital." And she turned her back to me. So I said bye without thanking her, as she really wasn't friendly or helpfull at all. Why take this job if you aren't willing to help someone? This job is to help people!

Changed my brand of medication without any explanation (endured terrible side-effects, no apology), try to get you to come back another day because they're too lazy to fill a subscription when you walk in... a lot of room for improvement, if you have the option, choose a different pharmacy,

Super bad medicines are always short on delivery and if they are delivered it is not good then delivery pfff or it all costs nothing pharmacy does not understand that the shortage of medicines can be of vital importance now submit an official complaint on behalf of my mother dear people if you, like me, have elderly parents then do not choose pharmacy blijdorp and also bad Dutch staff Telephone accessibility super bad waiting wait and wait again pff the site is not stated that they have a lunch break from 1230 1330 if not 2020 pfff am now working on the disputes committee to close this shop mrs Hamad and mr Warmenhoven are the pharmacists
