Very good SERVICE and knowledgeable and committed, friendly employees (ters).
Have been here a few times now and I have only once seen a fairly cheerful employee. Why are pharmacists always so acidic?
+ Information you receive is of good quality.
+ They are open on Saturdays and that is pretty good service.
- Waiting times are sometimes ridiculously long. When your medication is ready you will receive an email that the medication is ready. At the pharmacy itself they know nothing and the medication still needs to be prepared ????
Previously I always went to BENU Pharmacy Charlois where I had to wait a long time and I always got a bad explanation with my medication. I should have gone to the Dorpsweg Apotheek much sooner. For this part of Rotterdam I think this is a very good pharmacy where you can always easily park near and they are always very helpful to help me. Another strong point is that they are also open Saturday morning which I find very pleasant as working Dutchman.
