She forgets to mention that it is off your deductible because it is reimbursed from the basic insurance. Again I have not asked for anything but can then pay almost 40 euros for that thing. Contrary to the many negative reviews from others, I had a great experience. No waiting time, friendly employee who speaks fluent Dutch, the medication was ready and I received a good explanation.

Very slow to happen. If you have to go there, only take an hour. Unbelievable. If the ladies move even slower there, they just fall over. The last time the lady behind the counter didn't understand my year of birth (1983), after repeating 2x from my side she asks: 1933? Yes, I think so ... I am 90 instead of not yet 40 ... In addition, medicine is not in stock, while I had requested it through a doctor. What a mess!

Several times they send me medicines that are not mine at all. I try to reach them by phone several times, just a waiting time of at least an hour ........... and that in the Netherlands. I am going to get away from you zoiezo it is not worth it. The only one who does his best there and who has a lot of knowledge is the Belgian! For the rest it is a mess there ........
