Went to De Binnenweg Apotheek on a Wednesday before midday. It was less busy and only 3 People in the cue before me. Both desks were open, it only took around 5 minutes waiting time. The servie person was very kind and explained everything very well. Top service. Don´t understand why people complain about long waiting times (just go to another time during the day) or a lot of people. Everyone needs help and deserves his time for information. I prefer waiting long but also get all my questions answered. Thank you!

We got tremendous help from the staff after we didn't have the right prescription. Super helpful while remaining the 1.5m COVID-19 distance measurements.

In general, this is done well. 1 Delivery person, always the same (I know who; saw him when I walked up), whines about climbing stairs and sometimes throws the medicines in the letterbox.
