Always the slowest pharmacists. For example, sometimes I only need 1 drug and always have to wait in line for a long time to get it. It can't be that difficult! Furthermore, the staff is very friendly hence 1 star, but always want to give you the advice (which you also pay for of course) while you have used the medicine before. This has always been the case for corona, for a very long time.

Today I had a telephone conversation with an employee about the correct dosage of a medicine that a client I supervise is taking. In the middle of the conversation, the employee indicated that it was currently too busy and the pharmacy would close at 4 pm, so that the conversation had to be kept short. This, without having received a clear answer to my question. However, it was about the correct dosage. I understand that it can be busy, but I don't find that an acceptable reason to say that people prefer to hang up. I felt I was not heard or taken seriously. I find it very disappointing that the employees of a pharmacy can deal with the well-being of their customers in this way. Unfortunately.
