Don't! For medication worth less than 25euros I got a pharmacy fee worth about 40euros. They make a good margin, charging for service twice the cost of the product, but they profit at your expense.

Picked up a recipe for the first time and helped by a friendly intern. However, the lack of experience and guidance was not only visible but also ensured that everything that could go wrong will actually go wrong. Telephone contact about this is a crime and waiting twenty and forty minutes (demonstrably) respectively seems to be normal. There is also no response to an email. The appalling amount of negative reviews on various sites only confirm this image. Heard from a reliable source that the management from above / outside makes "a mess" of it. Time to close the business or run a big broom through responsible management in the interest of the customer. Why two stars after all? Staff I spoke to are very friendly.

What a bad organization. They are difficult to reach by phone, when you email them you know for sure that they do not answer, ordering via the site does not work, because the requests never arrive. If that option doesn't work, get it off your site.
