Fluisterboot "BERNISSE"

Nice experience with the whisper boat Bernisse from the water under the inspiring guidance of Gert-Jan and Ruud. They were nice and hospitable skippers. I was just too late for a nice photo and I asked skipper Ruud if the ship could be reversed ... and he did ⛴ 😁👍. Through a tape was told about how the Bernisse originated into what it is today. Skipper Ruud told his experience about Nissewaard / Bernisse. That the pumping station between the Spui and the Bernisse is an important transit point. There would also be kingfishers, which I have unfortunately not seen. The Bernisse / Nissewaard is a beautiful nature reserve for flora and fauna. Too bad that the duckweed / algae has not been removed so that the whisper boat could sail through it more easily. Doesn't seem to be necessary because there is 23 cubic water per second? Typical... All in all a nice trip on the Bernisse to discover Nissewaard from the water.

Nice boat trip with a lot of explanation about betr. polders and with a pancake house nearby, which is called "the pancake baker" in Zuidland.

Very hospitable mate and guide who want to tell you everything about the area vd Bernisse. Nice clean boat and they took the Covid rules into account

A beautiful boat trip with lots of information about the area and what lives there. It is definitely worth the price. I wonder if they are not short on their own. We will come again soon
