You call me (in a hidden number...) to tell me it was impossible to send me a letter about the outcome of my accident because of the virus...(?) You then tell me I will receive an email instead and ask for my email address which I provided. But never received anything.

Unprofessional insurance company. They are trying to stall your time (years) to pay the claim. Very bad business ethics and employees are very trained to deceive customer!!!

The best service provider in Europe

Very bad insurance company, bad crockery and services, never accessible by telephone and E-mails. Not even a lawyer can get them, case has been going on with them for more than 2 years, it has been an expert too, but heard nothing from them so far, no comments at all !!! Outrageous how they deal with victims. !!! Not satisfied at all and do not recommend them.

Have been working on a case against an Ameyde client for years. At the end of January 2019 they will come with a final payment, but so far nothing seen or heard. Hard or hardly to reach either via mail or telephone. 1 star remains until the case is resolved.
