The worst. THE worst. Don't allow those impolite thieves even touch your bike. I came here to repair the flat wheel of my wheelchair, and the guy did not only refuse to do it, but also charged me 5 euros for... Not doing it. Can't even help a guy that depends on his wheelchair for mobility!! What kind of an excuse for a human being is this guy. Plenty of great bike repair shops in woerden. Stay away from these jerks

Bought a second-hand bicycle at the location in Woerden at the end of 2019 for 260 euros. Now at six months he was already squatting a lot, so went back to ask if they look at it. It still creaks when picked up, they would have tightened the chain. Also replace an inner tube that I did not ask for and which was not necessary. Whether I still want to pay. 2 weeks later I went back again if they want to buy it back from me because I am just not satisfied. But no, they only buy large batches. Not even for 150 euros, which is considerably less than I paid for it. The bicycle repairer I stopped by afterwards indicates that the bike is worth a maximum of 100 euros. Feel very turned off by this case.

I first tried to repair my rear tire myself, which did not work. I brought my bike as a kit to Kraan Tweewieler in Houten. The bicycle repairman did not have a hard time accepting the bike and I thought it was nice that I had tried it myself first. He has locked the lock and re-attached the dress guards. I didn't have to pay anything for the extras. And all this for a nice price. Excellent service!
