Remove old post because it no longer applies. I was very happy with it at first, but now I hesitate to switch. I really like the boxes but the customer service is very poor. Sometimes it can take days before you get an answer and sometimes they don't seem very friendly. Too bad because this is a great concept.

The service is poor ... if you call then the number is not in use if you send a message you have to wait 3 days before you have a message back and the products are not yours or you can do that for me etos
