Makeup - The Make Up Spot

My order arrived perfectly on time and was packaged nicely. After short use of the product it broke down and I discussed this with the webshop. Without any problem I have gotten a replacement item within a short timeframe. Great service, nice support folks and a great looking website. Would definitely order here again.

I ordered a Jeffree star blue blood palette. It wasnot mentioned on the website that 3 shades can't be used around the eyes. The box was scrapped, the powder was scattered inside the palette. The eyeshadow was not very pigmented, applied patchy, uneven. It caused me eye irritation. The customer service is garbage. Not recommended

I ordered 6 products in the afternoon and was nicely surprised by next day delivery. Unfortunately, two products arrived already open. The face mask had crust outside the jar, so it looked like it's been open and used before, and the eye cream had an opening cut in the protective foil. I contacted the shop and asked if these products were testers but received no reply. Be careful!
